Concept & CAD
Every rig starts as a sketch on the whiteboard and grows in CAD into a prototype that fits every access — and doesn't tip on a 30 % slope.

Mechanics & steel construction
Welding, turning, milling in the Sargans workshop. Drilling masts, structures, frames — made to measure and load-tested.

Hydraulics & control
Custom hydraulic schemes, electronic controls, safety circuits. We know what happens under load.

Testing & commissioning
Pressure test, endurance test, field trial. Only when the rig does what it should on site does it enter operation.

Maintenance & conversion
Every in-house machine is maintained, converted and further developed in Sargans. We do the same for third-party customers.
